Gummy Gummy Gummy Gummy

I actually love Gummy a lot (from My Little Pony if you have no clue what I’m talking about), so I was really excited to commission this guy for Mandy! She was pretty amazing for it too- I was supposed to have him to her by Otakon, but for a lot of reasons it didn’t work out and she was amazingly nice through the whole thing. I’m really excited to see how he looks with her Pinkie Pie outfit!!

I also have a lot of pictures of the process, but I’m not sure if anyone wants to see them?

Anyways- He’s all Minky, except for the eyes which I cast in resin. I drafted the pattern myself.

Oops, I was going to do TMI Tuesday for once but it looks like I missed it due to working on stuff.

Have some WIPs of Gummy the Plushie instead!

The first thing is the beginnings of the eyes, if it wasn’t clear. I’m casting them in resin, but I need to make the mold first, but I needed to make the positive to make the mold from.

(I also didn’t have enough fluff for the mock-up version, which is why it looks a little derpy.)
