Zoroastrianism is the ancient religion of Iran and it was the Persian Empire’s state religion until the advent of Islam in the 7th century.
The dress and the pants are composed of a multitude of brightly colored fabrics. The lower part of the trousers is made of several colorful strips that are intricately embroidered with stylized plants, animals, fish, circles, stars, and diamonds.
Zoroastrianism is pretty dang interesting and this is really cool.
